Who these terms are for
These terms apply when you download Touch the Bubbles from Google Play or another Android store. If you downloaded it from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard license agreement applies instead. By installing or playing the game you agree to the terms that apply to you.
Your license
KeyQuest Studio gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows it.
Purchases
The game is free. The optional Premium is a one-time purchase handled by the store you downloaded from, under that store's payment and refund rules. Coins, skins and boosts are in-game items: they have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Everything is saved on your device, so deleting the app or its data removes them (Premium can be restored with "Restore purchases").
Fair play
Please don't use cheats, hacks or modified versions of the game. We may stop supporting versions that were changed by someone else.
Children
The game is made for all ages and collects no personal data (see the Privacy Policy). Purchases require the store account holder's approval, so parents can control them with the store's family settings.
Ownership
The game, its code, graphics, sounds and name belong to KeyQuest Studio. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond playing the game.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the game fun and working, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KeyQuest Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of game progress, from using the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game and purchases in it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms when the game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
